The Third Three on the Third!

So check it out! I actually got my comics done on the Third this time. For that, I win a special prize. The prize is not being expected to draw any comics today.

Here are the ones I drew yesterday:

#1 * #2 * #3

And here are everyone else's so far:

As usual, this post will be updated until everyone has posted their comics. So give 'em all a gander, and remember: everybody likes comments!

I think this might be my new favorite holiday.

regarding comic the first -- a friend of mine in Minnesota rents out a room in her house (as well as a studio in the basement, but that's a little different). I can put you in touch with her if you want.

my own fabulous idea is to look for investors who want to own a little PDX real estate by paying my mortgage for a year. that should work, right?

I REALLY like how your art is more than just "this is what I saw" -- that's especially true in the first one.

Also, ILTPAM. :-)

A: Best kind.

H: Thanks for the potential contact, but laws vary widely from region to region. When I cornered the presenter during a break, he did mention a resource that could answer some of my questions. Let me know how that investor idea pans out!

S: Thanks. And that's exactly what I'm talking about.

P: Well, he is the cosmic monkey! And I thought it was funny how the angst brought out my inner Chris Ware.

I really like how you expressed equal and opposite feelings. Your frustration makes for fantastic comics!

And that giraffe looks totally rad.

a bit of both. it's definitely more me than past efforts have been - it felt very natural to draw this way - but I also know that it's pretty influenced by Aron's style. at least I had a fun time drawing them :)
hopefully the continual practice will help me work through the constant imitation...
